This tool is not for professionals. I'm sure there are a ton of those out there, but they are heavy, not easy to navigate and probably have an arrey of features you'll never use. Keikka.app is developed with the simplest of ideas, just to get the coordination time down to minutes instead of days - for the amateur gig coordinator.
I've been coordinating gigs for amateur wedding bands for over 20 years, and I was getting sick with all the time consumed outside the rehearsal room. Also the variety of communication solutions (email, whatsapp, messenger, sms, phone calls) differed greatly with different people. I had to come up with somehing. My ambition was to have an answer within 5 minutes when a customer asks: "Can you come to play on our wedding?" It used to take me 5 days to give them an answer. Not anymore.
